Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. Products must be in original condition and packaging.
All products purchased from Zahra Fragrances are eligible for return if the request is made within the allowed timeframe and meets our conditions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Zahra Fragrances does not cover or reimburse these charges.
Refunds are only issued for genuine issues such as product defects, fragrance performance issues, or receiving the wrong product.
Approved refunds are issued as store credit only. Cash refunds or bank transfers are not provided.
No, original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable, even if the product is returned.
Returned products are inspected by our team. Refund or store credit approval depends on verification of the reported issue.
Zahra Fragrances reserves the right to reject return or refund requests if false claims or policy abuse is suspected.
A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies across Pakistan. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on location and courier.
